Tend Your Body

 For years, I struggled with boils on my face, which appeared and then would disappear monthly. This resulted in discouragement, embarrassment, and intimidation. I remember asking half-jokingly and half-horrified, what is this, and what can I do to make it stop? For me, the deeper question became: how do I tend to my face?

When I was first introduced to Juice Plus, I did not immediately connect it to my skin, but over time I noticed stability.
